HIGH ACHIEVER MOMENTUM
Terms of Use
Effective date: 16 October 2026.
These terms apply to High Achiever Momentum, operated by Craige Hardel Coaching, based in Saint Lucia. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The toolkit
High Achiever Momentum provides planning, writing, learning, focus, reflection, and accountability tools. Your selected offer determines your access. The software toolkit is separate from facilitated coaching, paid community calls, and other High Achiever Society offers unless your purchase expressly includes them.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Protect your account and one-time sign-in codes. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without authorization. A subscriber must be legally able to enter a subscription agreement.
Subscriptions and renewal
Standard published pricing is US$9 per month or US$90 per year. The amount and billing interval shown when you subscribe apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. PayPal processes payments under its applicable terms. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies to a future billing period, with an opportunity to cancel.
Cancellations and refunds
Your first subscription payment is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee for either plan. Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable; an annual renewal may be refunded within 7 days if the toolkit has not been used since that renewal. Additional provisions cover billing errors, substantial technical problems, and legally required remedies. Read the full policy for eligibility and instructions.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is issued or access is otherwise lawfully suspended, access continues until the end of your paid billing period. Deleting an app shortcut, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel recurring billing.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us the permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit it to provide the features you use, including sharing you authorize. You are responsible for having the rights to submit your content. Keep your own copies of important work.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, send abusive or unsolicited invitations, infringe other people’s rights, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass access and subscription controls. Respect the privacy of partners and other users.
Accountability and third parties
Accountability partners are responsible for their own conduct and commitments. We cannot guarantee another person’s participation or results. Connected services, payment services, and external websites are operated independently and have their own terms. Review permissions before connecting or sharing.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, fix, or improve features and may temporarily interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. If a substantial technical problem prevents access, contact us under the refund policy. Where we discontinue paid access, we will address remaining access and any applicable refund obligations.
Results and professional advice disclaimer
The toolkit supports your own planning, writing, learning, and reflection. It does not guarantee completion, income, academic achievement, career outcomes, or personal results. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice.
Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, non-payment, security threats, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will provide information about the issue and how to contact us. Subscription cancellation, account deletion, and a refund are distinct actions.
Responsibility and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party services, or a user’s misuse of the toolkit. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will show a new effective date, with further notice where required. For billing, access, or other questions, use our contact page. We encourage you to contact us promptly so we can try to resolve a concern.
