Privacy Policy

This policy covers the High Achiever Momentum marketing website at toolkit.craigehardel.com and the toolkit at app.craigehardel.com. The toolkit is operated by Craige Hardel Coaching, based in Saint Lucia. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the toolkit operator.

Information we handle

• Account and profile information: your email address, account identifiers, and any name, profile image, or other profile details you choose to provide.
• Workspace information: goals, priorities, check-ins, project information, writing and learning activity, focus-session records, reflections, and files or resources you submit through available features.
• Accountability information: invitations, the email address of an invited partner, connection status, and the information made available through the sharing settings or partner features you use.
• Subscription information: your selected plan, subscription status, payment references, and payment or refund status received from our payment provider. PayPal processes checkout; we do not collect your full payment-card details through the marketing website.
• Technical and support information: requests needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, error information, and details you send when asking for help.

Why we use it

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, save and display your work, provide the features you request, send sign-in and service messages, manage invitations and subscriptions, respond to support and refund requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. We use information only for purposes compatible with providing and operating the service or as otherwise explained when collecting it.

Your choices and accountability partners

You choose the information you add to the toolkit. Review partner and sharing controls before inviting someone or sharing progress. Invite only people you have a reasonable basis to contact. A recipient may retain information they have already received; ending a connection cannot retrieve copies outside our systems. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for planning, writing, or learning.

Service providers and connected services

Cloudflare provides hosting and infrastructure. PayPal processes subscriptions and payments. Email-delivery services support sign-in and other service messages. Providers may handle information needed to perform those functions. If you choose to connect another service, review the permissions requested and that provider’s privacy terms; the information involved depends on the connection you enable.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and security, or investigate misuse. If the service changes ownership, information may be transferred as part of that change, subject to applicable protections and notices.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries outside Saint Lucia or your country of residence. Applicable privacy protections can differ by location.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your account and the service, handle support or disputes, secure our systems, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself request account deletion. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular category of information. Some billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire through normal backup processes.

Security

We use measures intended to protect the service and your information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your email account secure and never share sign-in codes. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment details in a support message.

Your requests

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices by using our contact page. Depending on the law that applies to you, additional rights may be available. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. If you contact us about a partner’s information, their own rights and privacy also apply.

Children and eligibility

The service is not designed to collect information from young children. A paid subscription must be arranged by someone legally able to enter the subscription agreement. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so we can investigate.

Changes and contact
