HIGH ACHIEVER MOMENTUM
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 16 October 2026. Applies to paid High Achiever Momentum toolkit subscriptions.
Try Momentum with confidence.
Your first monthly or annual subscription payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of payment. You do not need to prove how much you used the toolkit or give a reason.
First subscription payment
The guarantee covers the first payment for either the US$9 monthly plan or the US$90 annual plan. Send your request within 7 calendar days (168 hours) of the payment timestamp. This first-payment guarantee applies once per customer, rather than restarting with each account, cancellation, or resubscription.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent another charge. Billing errors, qualifying technical problems, and mandatory legal rights are addressed separately below.
Annual renewals
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of an annual renewal if you have not used the toolkit since that renewal. Opening account or billing settings only to cancel or request help does not count as toolkit use. This exception applies to annual renewals; it does not replace your first-payment guarantee.
How to cancel
- Use the subscription or billing controls available in your account, or open the relevant automatic payment in PayPal and cancel future payments.
- Check for confirmation that renewal has stopped. If you cannot find the controls or confirmation, contact us promptly.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Stopping use, signing out, or removing a shortcut does not cancel your subscription. Cancelling future payments does not automatically refund a completed charge. Request a refund separately if eligible.
Access after cancellation or refund
After cancellation without a refund, paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. When a subscription payment is fully refunded, the associated paid access ends when the refund is processed, and we stop that subscription from renewing. Account deletion is a separate request.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us about a suspected duplicate charge or an amount that does not match the agreed purchase. We will investigate and refund a confirmed billing error. Include the transaction reference and date, but never full payment-card details or sign-in codes.
Technical access problems
If a substantial technical problem prevents you from accessing the paid toolkit, contact us so we can help. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will consider a fair refund based on the affected access and circumstances. This does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.
No routine prorated refunds
Except as described above or required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days, partial billing periods, or choosing to stop using the toolkit.
How to request a refund
Email support@craigehardel.com. Include your account email, payment date, transaction reference if available, and which payment you want refunded. A request submitted within the applicable window remains timely even if we review it later.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. PayPal and your payment provider determine when the credit appears; we cannot guarantee a particular bank-processing time. Currency conversion may affect the amount displayed in your local currency.
Consumer rights and other purchases
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider protections. Separate coaching, community memberships, and other products may have their own clearly stated policies. For questions about your particular purchase, contact us.
